Cách tạo menu trong access 2007

1. Trước tiên, các bạn vào access option:
+ Current Database, mục Navigation - Navigation Options. Trong Display Options chọn Show System Objects.
+ Avanced, mục General, chọn Show add-in user interface errors

2. Tạo 1 table đặt tên là UsysRibbons có các thông số sau:
ID - AutoNumber - Primary Key
RibbonName - Text
RibbonXML - Memo

3.Thêm record đầu tiên của table đó:
ID = 1
RibbonName = MyMenu (tuỳ ý)
RibbonXML=

Ở đây, các bạn có thể tuỳ chỉnh các group và các button theo ý của bạn, onAction = tên macro.

4. Các bạn vào lại Access Option - Current Database - Ribbon and Toolbar Option. Trong Ribbon Name chọn tên ribbon của bảng trên (ở đây là MyMenu)

5. Khởi động lại access và mở lại database để có hiệu lực.

Tìm những hình nền (Wallpaper) đẹp để trang trí desktop là thú vui của hầu hết các bạn trẻ sử dụng máy tính ngày nay. Ngoài việc tìm kiếm hình nền từ Internet thì bạn cũng có thể tự tay thực hiện một hình nền như vậy bằng CorelDRAW X5.

Bài viết sẽ hướng dẫn bạn thiết kế một hình nền trang trí Desktop với CorelDRAW X5. Bài viết vận dụng một minh họa từ entheosweb.com

- Mở CorelDRAW X5 > tạo một tập tin thiết kế mới bằng cách chọn chọn New blank document từ cửa sổ Quick Start > chọn đơn vị pixcel > nhập kích thước mong muốn cho hình nền (ví dụ ở đây là 1366x768px, bạn có thể nhập 1024x768px nếu sử dụng màn hình 4x3) rồi nhấn OK.

- Chọn công cụ Polygon tool (Y) > thiếp lập số cạnh (mục Point or sides ở thanh Property) là 3 > kéo chuột để vẽ ra một hình tham giác mỏng.

- Trong khi hình tam giác đang được chọn, bạn hãy nhấn Ctrl+Q (hoặc vào menu Arrange > Convert To Curves) .Chọn công cụ Shape Tool (F10) > nhấn nút Convert to cure từ thanh Property > nhấp chuột ra vùng trống để bỏ chọn điểm > nhấp đôi chuột vào các điểm giữa cạnh để bỏ chúng đi.

- Nhấp chuột vào một điểm, bạn sẽ thấy xuất hiện hai vector điều khiển > hãy nhấn chuột vào đầu mũi tên của vector và di chuyển chuột để tạo thành hình một cánh hoa.

- Nhấp chuột phải vào ô dấu chéo (X) trên thanh màu để bỏ màu viền. Chọn công cụ Fountain Fill (F11) > chọn Type là Linear, Angle = 27, Color Blend là Custom > nhấp chuột vào phía trên dãy màu để thêm các điểm > chọn từng điểm và nhấn nút Other để thiết lập màu đậm nhạt > nhấp OK.

- Nhấn phím Spacebar để chọn lại công cụ Pick > nắm kéo hình vừa tô màu sang một bên, nhấp chuột phải một lần rồi thả chuột trái, chúng ta sẽ được một hình sao chép. Ngoài ra, bạn cũng có thể nhấn phím “+” trên khu vực phím số để sao chép. Đổi màu cho hình mới này giống như thao tác vừa thực hiện ở trên. Tiếp tục thao tác sao chép để được các hình như sau:

- Sử dụng lại công cụ Polygon Tool (Y) vẽ ra một số tam giác mỏng > chọn Pick Tool > nhấp chuột vào hình đang chọn một lần nữa để xuất hiện các nút điều khiển xoay ở các góc > nhấn chuột vào một nút xoay và kéo chuột để xoay đối tượng được như hình minh họa sau:

- Chọn tất cả các hình tam giác vừa vẽ > nhấn nút Weld trên thanh Property nhằm nhập chúng thành một.

- Chọn công cụ Shape Tool (F10) > nhấn nút Convert to Curve trên thanh Property > điều chỉnh các vector điều khiển để được như hình minh họa. Chọn công cụ Color Eyedropper > nhấp chuột vào phần mào nhạt của cánh hoa > lúc này trỏ chuột chuyển thành biểu tượng thùng sơn, bạn hãy nhấp chuột vào đối tượng vừa vẽ để đổ màu > dùng công cụ Transparency và kéo chuột từ trên xuống để tạo độ trong suốt cho phần này.

- Thực hiện lại thao tác này để tạo thêm các màu khác. Đặt chúng vào giữa các cánh hoa rồi sử dụng lệnh menu Effect > Powerclip > Place Inside Container để đưa chúng vào các cánh hoa (để tìm hiểu chi tiết về lệnh Powerclip, bạn có thể xem lại trang 29 của e-CHÍP 257). Lúc này, ta được các hình sau:

- Sử dụng Pick Tool để đi chuyển, xoay và sắp xếp chúng để được kết quả như sau:

- Sử dụng công cụ Ellipse Tool (F7) > nhấn Ctrl, đồng thời kéo chuột để vẽ ra một hình tròn > sao chép thành nhiều hình tròn bằng cách nhấn Ctrl+C rồi nhấn Ctrl+V nhiều lần, đồng thời điều chỉnh chúng thành các kích thước to nhỏ khác nhau > di chuyển và sắp xếp lên các cánh hoa. Sử dụng Pick Tool chọn hết các hình tròn vừa sắp xếp > nhấp chuột phải lên ô chéo (X) trên thanh màu và nhấp chuột trái lên màu trắng để bỏ màu viền và tô nền trắng cho những hình tròn. Chọn công cụ Transparency Tool > thiết lập Radial từ Property bar để tạo thành những bong bóng nước trên cánh hoa.

- Bây giờ, bạn hãy chọn công cụ Banner Shapes > chọn một hình dạng từ thanh Property > kéo chuột để vẽ chúng ra > nhấp chuột trái vào màu trắng, chuột phải vào dấu X để tô nền trắng và bỏ màu viền rồi sắp xếp vào các hình bong bóng.

- Tiếp theo, bạn chọn công cụ Rectangle > kéo chuột vẽ ra một hình chữ nhật vừa khít với trang thiết kế > sử dụng công cụ Fountain Fill (F11) > chọn Type là Radial, Color Blend là Two color với màu xanh và trắng > OK.

- Dùng công cụ Pick chọn các cánh hoa của chúng ta > nhấn Ctrl+G (menu Arrange > Group) để nhóm chúng lại > nhấn chuột góc đối tượng, nhấn phím Shift đồng thời kéo chúng to ra > nhấp chuột phải một lần rồi thả chuột trái để sao chép thêm một hình cánh hoa. Tiếp theo, bạn hãy nhấn tổ hợp Ctrl+Pgdn vài lần cho đến khi nhưng cánh hoa mới này nằm phím dưới các cánh hoa cũ. Sau đó, bạn vào menu Effects > Lens > chọn Transparency > Rate = 50 > mục Color chọn màu trắng > nhấn Apply.

- Ở đây ta thấy rằng các cánh hoa vừa sao chép thêm bị ló một phần ra khỏi khung nền. Chắc chắn bạn sẽ nghĩ ngay đến việc sử dụng lệnh Powerclip. Nhưng đáng tiếc bạn đã từng dùng lệnh này lên các cánh hoa một lần rồi. Vì vậy, trong khi các cánh hoa vẫn đang được chọn, bạn hãy chọn công cụ Crop > kéo chuột vẽ ra một hình chữ nhật bao hết hình nền > nhấp đôi chuột vào bên trong hình để xén bỏ những phần cánh hoa bị ló ra ngoài nền.

- Vào menu File > Export > chọn nơi lưu (ví dụ Picture) > nhập tên muốn lưu vào ô File name và chọn Save as type là JPG – JPEG Bitmaps (*.jpg;*.jtf;*.jff;*.jpeg) > nhấn Export. Lúc này sẽ có một cửa sổ mới xuất hiện, bạn hãy chọn Color mode là RGB Color (24-bit) rồi nhấn OK.

- Để đưa hình nền ra Desktop trong Windows 7, bạn thực hiện như sau: nhấp chuột phải lên màn hình Desktop > chọn Personalize > Desktop Background > nhấn nút Browse > chọn thư mục chứa hình nền đã Export > chọn hình nền của bạn > nhấn Save changes.

- Như vậy, màn hình Desktop của bạn đã được trang trí bởi một hình nền do chính bạn thực hiện:
